Kikisake-TokoroSAKE NO ANA
- Founded in 1947, the same year as Ginza Rangetsu, when the building was still made by woods, cozy Sake bar was opened and hidden gem for Sake on the second floor just off Gaslight Street.
At the time, Sake itself was considered a luxury item, so the bar prepared Sake from special barrels, mainly from the Kansai and San’in regions, and served it to customers.
In recent years, from Hokkaido in the north to Kyushu in the south, you can enjoy your favorite Sake, cold or hot, with seasonal ingredients, and you can also taste and learn about your favorite Sake and broaden your horizons.
Sake no Ana is an izakaya that specializes in Sake and is directly managed by Ginza Rangetsu.
The main focus of the restaurant is always the customer. That’s why the concept of Sake no Ana has remained the same since it first opened:
Enjoy Sake in your own way.
Good atmosphere, good Sake, good food.
The place is Ginza 3-chome,
where I found a hidden spot for Japanese Sake
Tonight, enjoy a delicious discussion about Sake while sipping on a selection of fine Sake brewed with a variety of care by breweries across the country.
